When I first met Prachi and her team in 2022, I was suffering from severe symptoms due to a chronic gastro condition, which had taken a great toll on my physical as well as mental wellbeing. I was struggling with finding a diet that would help alleviate my symptoms and calm the inflammation in the body. Prachi and her team were so understanding, sympathetic and supportive right from the outset that I knew joining them would be the right choice. They hand-held me through various experimentations to find foods that I was able to digest and were finally able to find a diet that helped me greatly. They also really encouraged me to go back to exercising, which I had all but stopped. I was very impressed to see their scientific approach to nutrition but at the same time their ability to help manage emotions and mental distresses as well.
Two years hence I am in much better health, both physically and mentally. And I am so so thankful to the team at Arbuza for taking me along this journey!

I engage in sports throughout the day, participating in activities such as tennis, football, boxing, and athletics. To enhance my athletic performance and prepare for various tournaments, I joined Arbuza, an organization dedicated to addressing the body’s sporting needs. During this period, I experienced increased energy levels, positive changes in body composition such as increased muscle mass and lower body fat percent, and an overall improvement in my well-being. Collaborating with the team at Arbuza, I implemented several lifestyle adjustments such as prioritizing sleep and eating regularly. Recognizing that motivation is a crucial factor in bringing about any form of change, I understood the importance of awareness in wanting to transform one’s self. While the process demands effort, the sense of accomplishment upon reaching one’s goal makes the entire journey worthwhile.

Through my journey with Arbuza, I have learned about meal planning, meditation, and mindful living. The nutrition plans have helped me learn intuitive eating and have taught me to eat without any guilt and/ or restriction. After years of unhealthy living, morbid weight gain and years of so-called yo-yo dieting, I finally decided to make changes and get my life back on track for good. I heard about Arbuza via social media and after an insightful and scientific session with Prachi, I decided to enrol with them. The main concept of their program is to assist you to gain control of your life and health; health not being only physical, but holistic. My initial efforts were only that I kept an open mind and decided to go with the flow. The nutrition plans did not make me feel low on energy, sluggish, or hypoglycemic for a single day. The team helped me understand how to find my answers to make myself healthier. I also enrolled in sports of my choice which has become a part of my daily life.
