Vegan ‘no coffee’ latte

Cinnamon is a spice used mainly as an aromatic condiment and flavoring additive in sweet as well as savoury dishes. Ground cinnamon is a rich source of, iron, and vitamin K.



Ingredients

Unsweetened soy milk (or any other plant-based milk)

1 cinnamon stick

5 cardamom (open first)

2 cloves

1/2-inch ginger pieces

1-inch piece dark chocolate

Directions:

  1. Take a cup of milk in a pot, add cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, and ginger pieces.
  2. Now add the dark chocolate. Keep on gas and simmer and keep stirring for 7 minutes. If you feel u need more sugar, add (I think 1-inch chocolate piece is good).
  3. Stir, sieve and enjoy!
