Sweet potato kees

A great recipe for breakfast when fasting!



Ingredients

1 sweet potato

Ghee or oil

Cumin seeds

1 green chilli

Salt, to taste

Groundnut powder

Directions:

  1. Grate the sweet potato and soak it in water for some time. Then drain it using a sieve.
  2. In a kadhai, heat ghee or oil. Add cumin seeds and green chillies to it and give it a nice stir.
  3. Add the grated sweet potato and cook on low flame for 10-15min. Add salt and groundnut powder. Serve immediately.
