This is her default Sunday snack and we asked her to share it with us: a house specialty.
Ingredients
1 katori chana daal
1 katori moong daal
1 spoon tur daal
1 spoon masoor daal
Green chillies
Garlic cloves
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Chilli powder
Fresh coriander
Salt
Eno
Directions:
- Wash and soak the daal overnight.
- Grind it with very less water. While grinding, add 2 green chillies and 3-4 garlic cloves.
- Add turmeric powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, fresh coriander and salt.
- Add eno (half teaspoon).
- Mix and make paddu in the appe pan.
