This mango salsa is so good you can serve it with chips or on khakhras, or as a salad itself! It’s bursting with fresh flavors and bright colors, and can revitalize your any meal!
Ingredients
3 ripe mangoes, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
½ cup black olives, chopped
1/4 tsp cumin seed powder
1 large lime, juiced
Salt, to taste
Directions:
- In a serving bowl, combine the prepared mango, bell pepper, onion, coriander and black olives. Drizzle with the juice of one lime.
- Using a large spoon, stir the ingredients together. Season to taste with salt, and stir again.
- Enjoy this salsa with baked roti khakhra for a healthy and nutritious snack.

For best flavor, let the salsa rest for 10 minutes before you serve.
