<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">How it began
Arbuza began with a conversation over an evening meal, and a simple question: Is health just one thing? This was a major blindspot in the standard conversations around being ‘healthy’. Everyone was given the same set of instructions, without considering their communities, cultures, and quirks. Living healthier became a source of intimidation rather than motivation. We wanted to create a better way forward: one that wasn’t just about limitations or goals, but instead was holistic in scope and attitude. Out of that conversation, an idea was born. Using our expertise in the science behind health, we created a model that involves joy and community as much as it does food and exercise. Our mission became to help people and communities find specific paths to their happiest, healthiest lives.
How it’s going
From meal plans and meditation to analytics and outreach, Arbuza works to create lasting and beneficial changes in the lifestyles of individuals and communities. In the past 2 years, we have worked with multiple clients and organisations, been hard at work testing methodologies, and created a community all around the world. Using all that we learned, we created our Signature Program: a holistic approach to health that is tailored to your requirements. We believe that no two lifestyles are identical, and use extensive data analysis to create client specific, customised programs, so that we can be with you every step of the way.
We are also committed to the bigger picture: ensuring that communities are empowered to sustain their own wellbeing, regardless of social or financial status. We partner with several organisations, conduct field work, and do extensive research in order to find solutions to community level problems of health and nutrition.
