Ingredients
Homemade hummus
2 chapatis
½ cup peeled and grated beet
A fistful of arugula, roughly chopped, per wrap
Directions:
Spread 1 tbsp hummus down the center of each chapati. Sprinkle evenly with beets and arugula. Roll up and enjoy!
