Cottage cheese (also more commonly known as paneer) contains casein which is a very slow-digesting protein and releases energy slowly. That is why it is one of the favourite proteins for athletes.
Ingredients
Coriander- mint chutney
Curd
Kasoori methi
Garam masala
Chaat masala
Gram flour (besan)
Lime juice
Salt to taste
1 block of paneer

Directions:
- Batch prepare coriander- mint chutney.
- Add curd, kasoori methi, garam masala, chaat masala, gram flour, lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add cubed paneer and some oil with the marination. If you want to make satay sticks, then add cubed vegetables like capsicum, onions, tomatoes along with the paneer in the marination.
- Marinate for 15-30 mins.
- You can skewer the veggies and paneer and grill on pan or bbq or saute in a non-stick pan.
