Spinach and paneer salad

This salad is generously loaded with vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) which is crucial for breaking down food components, absorbing other nutrients, and maintaining tissues.



Ingredients

1 1/2 cups blanched and chopped spinach (palak)

1/2 cup paneer cubes

1 cup finely chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tsp chilli sauce

1 tsp low- sodium soy sauce

Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.
