Spring onion chutney

Ingredients

1/2 bunch of spring onions

2 tsp of oil

1/2 tsp jeera

Salt to taste

2-3 tsp of gunpowder

Mint leaves

½ -1 lemon

Water for consistency

Directions:

  1. Clean and chop 1/2 bunch of spring onions.
  2. Heat 2 tsp of oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera & chopped spring onions to it and sauté. Add salt to taste, 2-3 tsp of gunpowder & cook for 5 mins.
  3. Blend it along with mint leaves, 1/2-1 lemon & a bit of water for consistency. Serve on the side with any meal!
