Ingredients
- Cucumber- 1 nos.
- Paneer- 50 g
- Dill- for garnish
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Apple cider vinegar- 1 tbsp
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
Directions:
- Cut cucumber the way you like and toss it in a big bowl.
- Then crumble the paneer on top. Keep this aside.
- In a small katori, add apple cider vinegar and olive oil in a 1:2 ratio. Mix in salt and pepper according to taste desired. Mix the dressing well and drizzle it over the cucumber and paneer mixture.
- Garnish with fresh dill.
- Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes and have it when it is cool!
