Ingredients

For the salad:

½ head of iceberg lettuce 

Bread croutons (cut the edges of the bread and air fry them with a little olive oil)

2 tbsp parmesan cheese

50 g sauteed chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces (optional. This salad is equally enjoyable without the chicken!)

Dressing:

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp mustard

1 clove of garlic (minced)

1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan

1 tbsp milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the dressing and shake or whisk until well blended.
  2. Break the lettuce with your hand and combine in a bowl with the dressing, chicken and mix.
  3. Just before serving, add croutons and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
