Ingredients

2 medium radish with green leaves

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp groundnut and sesame seeds, coarsely grounded

Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Grate radish and chop radish green leaves
  2. Make dressing in a bowl: take olive oil, squeeze lemon and add coarsely grounded sesame seeds and groundnut. Give it a good stir.
  3. Add this dressing to grated radish and add salt to taste.
